Cartesian 2-axis scanner

Manual inspection encoded system designed for flat and curved surfaces. Encoding on 2 axes (C-Scan mapping). The encoding truck is sliding on a rail which is fixed on the part to be inspected. Magnets or suction fixing cups are available for non-ferritic materials :

  -  X-Axis : Rail fixed on the inspected part

  -  Y-Axis : Carbon arm fixed on the encoding truck

The carbon arm is moving along the rail through the encoding truck. Two fixation systems are available on the rail : the first via magnets, the second via sucion cups. The carbon arm is equiped with a probe holder with 8mm diameter pins.
